PRODUCTION FACILITIES

We have our factory ‘ Wah Sing Electronic Factory’, which is established in January 1994, located at Long Gang, ShenZhen with more than 20,000 square meters and over 1,500 staffs. We have Injection and Production Department, Spraying and Tempo Paint Department, Soldering and Bonding Department. We have 6 production lines at  the factory plant which is well-organized and have effective output more than 273,000 pieces of finish goods a month.
To practice the better management, we have already implemented the COC (Code of Conduct) at the factory so as to provide the better benefits, working environment, stable salary…etc to the workers.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
We have very strong backup of R&D and engineering, we have more than 50 engineers in our R&D team. To provide the one-stop shop service to our OEM customers, we also have In-House Prototype Workshop and the Moulding Department.
We follow the designs, requirements and specifications provide by customers, our R&D team will also assist the customers with our experiences in building better products with higher quality better functions and better efficiency for production.
Our Sales and Marketing Department works closely with the R&D team and customers, they would provide the updated market information and comments to developing products.

Except the above certification, our products must also passed the safety standard of the specific countries, like FDD, ASTM for USA, R&TTE ,EN62115 for Europe…etc. On the other hand, some of required the factory audit so as to ensure that the factory is complied with the standard rules. Recently, we are certified by Wal-Mart, K-mart, KB, Target, Tesco…etc.
